The Consult
After initial phone call, a formal consult either in person or virtual will be scheduled to discuss your overall vision, dreams, budget and goals for your event or customized stand-alone service. Additional add-on services can be discussed as well including, party favors, vendor recommendations, candy bars, etc.
The Proposal
Our design team will prepare an initial quote for your immersive experience. Once your retainer has been received, an immersive experience mood board will be created for your event and sent to you for approval to make sure everything is perfectly crafted for your special day!
The Big Day
Our team will have everything set-up for your special day. Your host will be on-site to make sure everything runs smoothly from the first kiss to the last dance! We'll create a timeless collection of memories that you and your loved ones will cherish for years to come.
